If you have a complaint about the delivered Henna Bijoux and / or service, please make your complaint known within 7 days by sending an email to info@hennabijoux.nl, with as subject "complain". We will process the complaint and do our utmost to resolve it. 

The Henna Bijoux's are carefully packaged and shipped. This prevents your Henna Bijoux from arriving damaged. If any damage does occur, please report this on the same day of receipt and send photos to info@hennabijoux.nl. It should be assessed whether there is a right to a free replacement.  

Henna Bijoux cares about her users and her products. Our products are of high quality and are skin-friendly. In addition, it consists of environmentally friendly and plant extract ingredients. We remind our customers to carefully read the instructions for use before applying the Henna Bijoux and to use the included tester.  Do not apply the product on sensitive skin or near the eyes. In addition, it is not suitable for children under 3 years. 

The Henna Bijoux does not have a best before date, however we recommend using the product within 12 months after purchase. The best place to store the Henna Bijoux is a dry and dark place.
