Exchange & return

When purchasing our products you have the option to return it within 14 days. It is important that you handle the product and packaging properly during the cooling-off period. Returning an opened Henna Bijoux packaging is not possible due to hygiene. 

Register your return in advance by sending an email to info@hennabijoux.nl with the subject: 'Return registration'. Indicate in the email which products you wish to return, stating your name and order number. The amount of the product will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after the return

  • Returning an opened Henna Bijoux packaging is not possible due to hygiene. The Henna Bijoux packaging must not be damaged, this will be carefully checked after receipt of the return. It is possible that the amount that will be credited is lower than the amount paid in advance.
  • Returns after 14 days are not accepted
  • The return costs of a product are for your the customer. Returns without a track and trace code will not be accepted.
  • Caution lost shipments without proof of shipment with track & trace code will not be refunded.
  • If the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to return shipments and to charge you the shipping costs.

If you return an order, you will receive the payment, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receipt from us. As soon as the condition of the returned items has been checked by us, you will be notified by e-mail. 

Doubts after receipt whether you have ordered the right Henna Bijoux design? It is possible to return the product to the return address of Henna Bijoux within 14 days of receipt of the order. Exchanging an opened Henna Bijoux packaging is not possible due to hygiene. The Henna Bijoux packaging must also not be damaged. The shipping costs of a product exchange are for your own account. Exchange shipments without a track and trace code will not be accepted.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
